St Ann’s Church and the Haringey MET Police hosted the Hope in Tottenham ‘2018 Schools Festival’, which brought together fifteen schools over the course of a week, to enjoy an exciting and thought provoking mix of drama, music, and learning.

The festival is highly valued by the police, teachers and pupils alike, as a means of enriching the life of the community.  The children were able to meet police officers and their dogs and horses as they learnt about the animal’s role in the police service.  By this means it gave the children a positive perspective of the police, from an early age, whilst enjoying the festival with neighbouring schools.
